Our warranties
Three promises, put in writing.
5-year tightness warranty
Five years of cover on the seamlessly bonded Arctic-Cell® cell — precisely the thing that matters most in a motorhome. Annual check included in the service.
3-year manufacturer warranty
On all Artica equipment: furniture, water and gas systems, glazing, insulation. Extendable to 5 years through your dealer.
Base vehicle warranty
Fiat and Ford bases keep their own manufacturer warranty; we coordinate any workshop visit with the engine maker for you.
The service network
60 workshops, one standard
Every Artica partner workshop receives original parts, recall campaigns and technical procedures directly from Rendsburg — one single reference, everywhere.
Service interval: once a year or every 30,000 km. Winter campers should book the “Winterfit” inspection before the season starts.
Parts & documentation
Everything documented, everything available.
- Digital service book: every check is archived in the Artica cloud
- Original parts available at least 15 years after end of production
- Mobility guarantee: breakdown and towing service in 12 countries
- Technical documentation freely accessible to all partner workshops
